State Parcel Description

Viewing a Parcel Description

• Select the Sale Date and enter the parcel number in the text field, then click the View Parcel button to view the parcel description.
• The button decrements the parcel number in the text area by one, and displays the parcel info.
• The button increments the parcel number in the text area by one, and displays the parcel info.
• Tip: To view the last parcel for the sale, enter '999' in text field, then select the View Parcel button.

Parcel Description Data Displayed

• Sale Date, Parcel Number, and Acres
• If applicable, it will be noted if State owns less the 100% interest
• If applicable, it will be noted if parcel was Nominated
• If applicable, it will be noted as '12.5% Royalty Rate'
• County(s)
• Winning Bidder (or No Results Yet, Withdrawn, or No Bid)
• After Sale: Bid Amount ($/acre), Bonus ($), and Lease Number
• Township and Range (if resurveyed will be noted with Res.)
• Section(s)
• Land Description

State Sale Date

• Your Subscription allows you access to all State sales (beginning Apr, 2000)
• Non-subscribers can view the current State sale (July, 2023) and year 2000 State sales
