After receipt you will be emailed a 'Request for Payment' through Paypal or an invoice for payment by check. After payment your
expiration date will be incremented either 6 months or 1 year. Your username and password will remain the same.
To renew your subscription after it has expired you may also visit the
Subscription Page. Note that the Subscription Page will require that you create a new username. Afterwards you can email

and request your prior username be reinstated if you wish.

Federal Sale Statistics
Select the Sale Date (mmm, yyyy) from the popup menu, then click the
button
Note:
Subscribers have access to all Sales (starting with Feb, 1992)
Non-subscribers can view the current sale and year 2000 sales (This is
done so you can demo how multiple sales are employed.)
The information displayed will depend on whether the sale has ended and the results posted.
(Note: Sometimes, though rarely, lands outside of the state
of Wyoming are acquired and offered for bid, such parcels are not included in this database.)
Info Displayed Prior to Sale Results
If a sale has not commenced or if results are not yet available the following
information will be displayed:
Table showing
Total number of parcels offered for sale and corresponding acres,
along with a link to view these is a table format.
Total number of parcels deleted and corresponding acres, and
a link to view those deleted in a table format.
Total parcels offered and deleted followed by corresponding acres.
After the table, if any parcels were noted to have a presale 'offer pending'
then this is noted along with a link to view such parcels.
The scheduled date of the sale auction is listed.
Finally a table showing Sale Summary by County is displayed.
Info Displayed After Sale Results Available
The first table displays
The number of parcels and corresponding acreage for parcels: sold,
not receiving bids, deleted (or deferred), and then the totals.
Clicking on the View link will display a results
table listing those parcels.
Next a Table displaying total sale bonus bid and total acres sold for the sale is shown.
Based on that, an average bid is calculated.
Clicking on the parcel number listed as the highest Bid and highest Sale Bonus will
display that parcel's details.
Graph of Winning Bids:
shows the winning bid bonus ($/acre) for every parcel sold at the sale.
The bids are sorted from high to low.
Top 10 Lists:
Following the graph are two tables displaying the Top 10 Highest $/acre Bids and Bonus
Amounts. Clicking on the parcel number will display detailed parcel information. If more
than one lease has identical bids, the parcel with the highest bonus is listed first.

County Summary
This table lists all the counties included in the sale.
Parcels that were deleted (or deferred) are excluded from this table.
Click on the County Name link to display a table of all parcels with lands contained in that county.
The total number of parcels for the county, total bonuses paid, total acreage is listed.
The Average Bid shown calculated by dividing the Total Bonus by Total Acres.
This table can be sorted by County, Total Parcels, Total Bonus, Total Acres, or Average Bid Amount.
The variable which the table is sorted on is highlighted grey.
Sort order may be either Ascending or
Descending , to re-sort after you have changed a setting,
simply select the button.
Note: If a parcel contains lands in more than one county, for the purposes of this table
100% of the acres are allocated to the first county listed in the sale notice and 0% to others.

Winning Bidder Summary
This table lists all successful bidders for the sale.
Click on the Bidder Name link to display a table of all parcels won by that bidder.
The total number of parcels the bidder acquired, total bonuses paid, total acreage is listed.
The Average Bid shown is the weighted average calculated by dividing the Total Bonus by Total Acres.
If any parcels for the sale were deleted (or deferred) or did not receive a bid there will be a table entry of
Deleted or No Bidders.
This table can be sorted by Bidder, Total Parcels, Total Bonus, Total Acres, or Average Bid Amount.
The variable which the table is sorted on is highlighted grey.
Sort order may be either Ascending or
Descending , to re-sort after you have changed a setting,
simply select the button.
Top Ten Tables - Bids and Bonuses
Top Ten Tables
Sorted in descending order, are tables displaying the Top Ten $/acre bonus bids,
and the Top Ten bonus amounts. The bonus bid or the bonus amount column will be shown in grey.
The Bidder, Parcel Number, Acres and County are also displayed.
Click on the parcel number link to view individual parcel details.
