Results

• The text listed in blue, at the top of the page, is your subject matter (i.e. Parcels Offered or Sold, Parcels with No Bid, Parcels Withdrawn, Individual Bidder's Parcels Won, Parcels by County).
• The yellow table header shows some basic stats regarding the results table, such as number of parcels that matched your subject matter and the total parcels. The next line displays Total Acres, Total Bonus, and Avg Bid (Total Bonus divided by Total Acres) are shown for your subject matter.
• The column highlighted grey identifies the variable the table is sorted on.
• The column labeled '12.5%' will display an entry of '12.5%' for a parcel that was offered at a reduced royalty rate of 12.5%.
• The column labled 'Res.' will display an entry of 'res.' for a parcel that was indicated as Resurveyed.
• An asterisk (*) before the County, indicates multiple Counties for that parcel.
• Click on the parcel number link to view complete details.

Graph

• If sale results are available and your subject matter involved parcels with bids, then a graph will be constructed for the table results.
• The y-axis is Bid Amount ($/acre) and is auto scaled.
• The x-axis corresponds to parcels (This axis is labeled starting with 1, then 11, 21...).
• Note: The bid amounts are automatically sorted high to low for graphing.
